Overseas Friendly and Cooperative Colleges Sent Condolences to Chengdu University During the Pandemic

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in China, overseas friendly partners of Chengdu University have expressed concern and sympathy to Chengdu University, Chengdu and China through letters and emails.

Niwes Nantachit, President of Chiang Mai University in Thailand, says in his letter that all members of Chiang Mai University are very concerned about the safety and health of the faculty and students of Chengdu University and the Chinese people during the period of various uncertainties and limited actions caused by the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. It is gratifying to see that countries all over the world are fully supporting China in coping with this health crisis, and the international medical community is responding quickly and stepping up vaccine development. He wishes all patients a speedy recovery.

James Dean, President of the University of New Hampshire, and Wayne Jones, Provost of the University of New Hampshire, sent sincere care to Chengdu University by letter and email.
