On the morning of November 24, Professor Xiong Chengyu, Academician of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Humanities (EASAH) and Director of the National Research Center of Cultural Industries, was invited to give an academic lecture and take up the post of Deputy Director of the Strategic Guidance Committee and Honorary Dean of the School of Tourism and Culture Industry of Chengdu University. The appointment ceremony was held at Meeting Room 502. Liu Qiang, Director of Chengdu Education Bureau and Chair of the University Council, presented the letter of appointment to Professor Xiong Chengyu.
