Li Changyou, Master, Professor, is a member of the Academic Committee of Sichuan Network Culture Research Center, a national examiner of Putonghua Proficiency Test, and a member of Sichuan Linguistic Society. He is mainly engaged in research on Chinese language and culture and basic education, and teaches courses, such as Modern Chinese, Primary School Teaching Design and Implementation, Classroom Language Art and Putonghua.

He presided over or participated as the principal researcher in more than 20 scientific research projects at all levels, presided over or participated in 12 educational reform projects at all levels, and published more than 80 academic papers and 8 books. In recent years, he has instructed 15 students' scientific innovation projects and guided students to publish 26 papers. He has won many teaching achievement awards and scientific research achievement awards.
