Gou Ping, a psychology professor and master supervisor, is Director of Sichuan Youth Sexuality Education Popularization Base and Vice Chairman of the Adolescent and Youth Sexuality Education Committee of China Sexology Society.

She published more than 40 academic papers, presided over more than 30 scientific research or educational reform projects at all levels, and independently or cooperatively wrote and published more than 10 monographs, textbooks and popular science books. Her scientific research achievements won the first and third prizes awarded by the Chengdu Municipal People's Government and the first prize awarded by Sichuan Higher Education Association.

She mainly teachesFamily Therapy, Social Psychology, Interpersonal Psychology and other courses. The public elective courses she teaches are Sexology and Sexual Health of College Students, Sexual Aesthetics, Guidance on Family Sex Education.
