On September 24, the "Overseas Chinese People Love Chengdu · Welcome the 31st FISU Summer World University Games Chengdu" experience trip was held in Chengdu University. The event was hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Chengdu Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and organized by Chengdu University. More than 100 representatives from the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs and the Youth Committee of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese attended this event. Long Bo, a second-level inspector of Sichuan Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Liu Zhihui, Chairman of the Chengdu Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and Yang Yuhua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Chengdu University and Vice President of Chengdu University attended. The Director of the United Front Work Office of Chengdu University Committee of the CPC also attended. The launching ceremony of the experience tour was hosted by Long Bo.

At the launching ceremony, Yang Yuhua, on behalf of Chengdu University, extended a sincere welcome to the arrival of overseas Chinese businessmen and overseas Chinese youth and expressed sincere thanks to the Provincial and Municipal Federations of Returned Overseas Chinese for their long-term care and support for the development of Chengdu University. He hoped to take advantages of the "overseas Chinese groups" and regard them as bridges". He warmly invited all elite guests from overseas Chinese communities to actively make use of their strengths in innovation and entrepreneurship, cooperate with Chengdu University for more scientific achievements, and launch more innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Chengdu University. All parties can jointly build a platform for the cooperation and development of universities and local enterprises, and develop a large knowledge-based economic zone, thus bringing about dynamics into the development of Chengdu University. Everyone can work together and build a happy and beautiful Chengdu and better serve the goal of "opening to all" in Sichuan.

Liu Zhihui announced the launch of the event. Starting from the flag-raising square of the Universiade Village, the participants of the tour wore uniform short-sleeved T-shirts and visited the Athletes' Village for the 31st FISU Summer World University Games Chengdu, including the Administrative Center, Life Service Center, Friendship Forest, Traffic Command Center, Athletes NO. 2 Restaurant, Leisure Center, Medical Center, Logistics& Storage Area, Chengdu University Museum and other places. While walking, everyone listened to the progress report on the preparatory work and the detailed explanation of the various services provided by the Athletes' Village, watched the exhibition of Teachers' and Students' Cultural and Creative Paintings about the 31 FISU Summer World University Games Chengdu, experienced the smart services of the Student Affairs Hall, and learned about the development and achievements of the Entrepreneurship College. All participants of the tour measured the Athletes' Village with their footsteps, felt the 31 st FISU Summer World University Game Chengdu with their hearts, and enhanced their sense of participation and honor in the Game.
