Recently, the Working Committee for the Accreditation of Medicine Education of the Ministry of Education of the PRC officially announced the accreditation conclusion of clinical medicine major in 2020, and the accreditation of clinical medicine major of Chengdu University was passed with the validity period of 4 years. This is the fourth undergraduate major that has passed the professional accreditation in our school.

 Our school has accepted on-site inspections by certified experts from the Working Committee for the Accreditation of Medicine Education of the Ministry of Education from November 8th to 12th, 2020. The accreditation of the clinical medicine major is an affirmation and encouragement for the clinical medicine major of Chengdu University and the overall development of the school. In accordance with the requirements of Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Innovative Development of Medical Education and the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Innovative Development of Medical Education in Sichuan Province, our school will further implement various reform tasks, take the construction of first-class specialty as an opportunity, do a good job in the construction of clinical medicine major and medical education, and cultivate high-quality applied medical talents, and make new and greater contributions to the construction of Healthy China.
