Four Works Won Bronze Prizes in The 12th "Challenge Cup" National College Students Business Plan Competition

A Brilliant Youth and A Bright Future Come from the Trials and Challenges

Recently, the winners of the 12th "Challenge Cup" National College Students Business Plan Competition were announced and all four works recommended by Chengdu University won bronze prizes. The competition was co-sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education of China, the China Association for Science and Technology, the All-China Students' Federation and the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province.

This competition focuses on "innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared" development concepts and the goal of getting rid of poverty in 2020 and winning a well-off society in an all-round way. By leveraging the advantages of flat Internet mobilization, the competition attracted more than 6 million college students with 179,000 projects from 2,786 universities around China including Hong Kong and Macao. Two projects of the School of Preclinical Medicine — "BI two-sided test kit" – a new and dual-purpose "HBV and HIV test kit" and "S.aureus strain secondary electronic signal imaging system and its preparation kit", won bronze prizes in the category of scientific and technological innovation and future industries; two projects — "Intelligent Auxiliary Treatment Dog for Autistic Children" of the School of Computer Science and "Technical Service for Re-evaluation of Production Process of Chinese Patent Medicine in Production" of the School of Food and Biological Engineering, won bronze awards in the categories of urban governance and social service.
