Li Haifeng Distinguished Professor of Law School, Chengdu University
Li Haifeng is a distinguished professor, doctor of Laws and a National Procuratorate Affair Expert. He is a member of the Communist Party of China; he has been engaged in anti-corruption investigation and public prosecution in procuratorial organs for twenty years. He served successively as Deputy Chief Procurator of the Military Procuratorate directly under the Chengdu Military Region, director of the Criminal Procuratorial Division of the Military Procuratorate under the Chengdu Military Region, and Deputy Chief Procurator of the PLA Military Procuratorate in Lhasa. In 2013, he was awarded one of the fifth "National Excellent Public Prosecutors" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate and one of the fifth "Top 10 Public Prosecutors of the PLA" by the PLA Military Procuratorate. In 2016, he was awarded one of the fourth batch of "National Procuratorate Affair Experts" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and was awarded the second-class merit once. He has published more than 20 academic articles in theChinese Law,Chinese Criminal Science,Research on Rule of Law,Social Sciences and other journals and published the monographSelection and Application of Criminal Justice to the Criminal Theory System in China. He has presided over or conducted seven projects including NSSFC Project, Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education, and Social Science Planning Project of Sichuan Province. He has won one third prize of Excellent Achievements in National Procuratorial Application Theory Research and one third prize of Excellent Achievements in Chengdu philosophy and Social Sciences. His research interests lie in criminal laws, supervision laws and evidence science.
