Wang Jing

Wang Jing is an Associate Professor with a doctoral degree and a visiting scholar of the University of Hawaii of the United States. She led1Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,1project of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and2provincial projects of the Key Research Base of Humanities & Social Sciences of the Education Department of Sichuan Province. She has published tens of papers in Chinese and foreign journals. She specializes in vegetation surveys and field plant species identification. As an expert, she participated in NGO Green River's investigation of biodiversity in Yanzhanggua Canyon at the source of the Yangtze River and a glacier research activity in the Chola Mountains. She participated in and reported on biodiversity surveys of several nature reserves and large-scale power plants in Sichuan Province many times.
