Zou Liang

Zou Liang, male, born in 1979, member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., third-grade professor, master supervisor. He is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Food and Biological Engineering of Chengdu University, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Coarse Cereals Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the reserve candidate of Academic and Technical Leaders in Sichuan Province, excellent expert with outstanding contributions in Chengdu, and peer review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He works on the comprehensive development and utilization of functional coarse cereal resources, and new drug delivery systems for traditional Chinese medicine, etc., has presided over the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a number of provincial and ministerial projects, published more than 140 academic papers, including more than 40 SCI papers, obtained 14 authorized invention patents, and published 6 monographs as the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief. His research results have won a first prize, a second prize, two third prizes of the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and a third prize of the Sichuan Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.
