He is a doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, and Director of the Big Data Research Institute of Chengdu University. He is an expert entitled to the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, a member of the Academic Committee of the Institute of Digital China of Peking University, director of Chengdu Internet of Things Application Technology Engineering Center, and director of Chengdu Cloud Computing Industry Alliance. He has headed and researched dozens of scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Program and 973 Program, as well as provincial projects. He has published 6 academic monographs and more than 160 papers and translations, with more than 20 included in EI and ISTP journals.
