Wen Huaiyu, a professor-level senior engineer, doctor in computer system structure, and postdoctoral fellow in economics. He is a member of the 7th Council of China Software Industry Association, Deputy Director of the 5th Council of Sichuan Software Industry Association, Special Researcher of Sichuan Institute of Private Economy, member of the standing committee of the Expert Committee of the Political Participation and Deliberation Think Tank of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and a member of Sichuan Science and Technology Committee. He has published more than 60 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, among which more than 20 are included in SCI and EI journals. He has participated in the writing of 5 books, obtained dozens of software copyrights, won nearly 20 prizes, including the first prize of Excellent Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the provincial and municipal levels and the second and third prizes of the Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and headed (researched) more than 30 national and provincial science and technology projects.
