On April 18, when the 31st FISU Summer World University Games Chengdu 2021 ("Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG" for short) was counting down to the 100th day, the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG Delegation ("Listen to the Voice from Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG") visited the Communication University of China to convey the sports spirit of the times and attract young people from all over the world to participate in the grand event. The Delegation is guided by the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG, and sponsored by both the Publicity Department (Opening and Closing Ceremonies Department) of the Executive Committee and the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.

Shao Nannan is a publicity team member, a volunteer representative of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG and a student from the College of Foreign Languages and Cultures, Chengdu University (CDU). She conducted dialogues and exchanges on the topic of "The Wonderful Collisions Between the Millennium-old City and the Youth Event" with Liao Sanyi, Director of the Planning Division of the Publicity Department (Opening and Closing Ceremonies Department) of the Executive Committee of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG, Yin Jing, gold medalist of Men's 110m Hurdles in the 25th Summer Universiade, Gu Junjie, gold medalist of Triple Jump in the 22nd Summer Universiade, Li Zhi, Citizen Promotion Ambassador of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG, and Ma Teng, a student representative of the Communication University of China and a preparatory leader of the Thousand-People Recitation Team for the Ceremony Marking the Centenary of The Communist Party of China. They discussed the wonderful development of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG from the aspects of city development, youth dreams, history and culture, civilization and etiquette, and contribution to China's development, and fully explored the profound connotation of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG.

Shao Nannan expressed her hope that by sharing her volunteer experience and the stories of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG, she would popularize the knowledge of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG, spread the culture of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG and Bashu civilization. She would tell China's stories well and spread the voice of China in volunteer service to give students a more vivid understanding of the Chengdu 2021 FISU WUG and make them contribute to the games with expectations and confidence.
