According to the letter from the China Education Association for International Exchange of the Ministry of Education (MOE), Chengdu University (CDU) has been approved to join the Youth Global Competence Talent Training Program, making it one of the second batch of universities included in the program in China.

The Youth Global Competence Talent Training Program is a youth qualities and competence training program established by the China Education Association for International Exchange directly affiliated with the MOE. It aims to innovate talent training models and accelerate the development of high-level international talent training with global vision, international communication ability and competitiveness in the new era. A total of 59 universities were selected for the first batch.
