In June 2021, Chengdu University was approved by the British Council (the organizer of IELTS) and officially became an accredited institution for IELTS. This successful accreditation will help actively promote the smooth development of the global exchange program among teachers and students of Chengdu University, build a new vision of opening up to the outside world, highlight the characteristics of Chengdu University's internationalization strategy, and further enhance its international reputation.

At present, Chengdu University is actively cooperating with the organizer of IELTS to promote the special IELTS test service, and plan to hold a special IELTS test in the university in late November. Students and teachers can keep an eye on the university's official website for relevant information.
