Chengdu University Walks Attended the Video Meeting with Counterparts in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

On the morning of January 19, a video meeting was held between Chengdu University and our counterparts from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The meeting was attended by Noel Haniza, Director of International Cooperation Department, Ahmad Hillman, Director of International Relations Department of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and Professor Tan Xing, Du Jie, Director of Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Mou Lei and Yang Qian, Deputy Directors of the Office.
Noel introduced in detail the history of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, its operation, specialties, key disciplines and international development. She expressed her pleasure at seeing the close ties between the two universities during the epidemic and looked forward to the continued communication between colleagues from the international offices of the two universities through online exchanges so as to explore more possible projects.

 Du Jie introduced the basic situation of Chengdu University and the university's initiatives to expand international cooperation and develop international talent training in the context of the epidemic, hoping to promote concrete cooperation with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia through video conferencing. She said that she looked forward to establishing a friendship with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and at the same time to promote the exchange of students and faculty and research cooperation between the two universities in the fields of mechanical engineering, computer science, and architecture and civil engineering.
