Wei Xuemei,Director of E.N.T.department, chief physician/professor, doctor of Medicine, postgraduate supervisor, and an academic and technical leader of Sichuan Provincial Commission of Health. She is comprehensively skilled and proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of frequently-occurring diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases in the discipline. With excellent surgical techniques, she is good at the diagnosis, treatment and surgery of thyroids, laryngeal cancers, head, cervical and maxillofacial masses and tumors, otitis media, rhinitis, snoring and other diseases. She has certain research and clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation training of throat and voice diseases, dizziness and tinnitus. She has studied at Beijing Tongren Hospital, PLA General Hospital and Huaxi Hospital successively. She has undertaken many projects as the principal researcher, published over 30 papers, and cultivated several graduate students.
