Luo Lai, a third-grade professor, doctorate candidate, is Deputy Dean of the College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts of Chengdu University andExecutive Dean of the School of Fine Arts and Design.He is a master supervisor, a doctoral supervisor at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, a member of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of China Artists Association, member of China Oil Painting Society, member of Chinese Society of Education, Director of Chinese Arts and Crafts Institute, Vice Chairman of Chengdu Artists Association, President of Chengdu Zhigong Painting Academy, President of Chengdu Tianfu Painting Academy, and President of Sichuan New Literati Painting Academy.

He has held 7 solo exhibitions and published over 300 fine arts works in such journals asMovie Literature,Art Panorama,Art,Literature & Art Studies,Packaging Engineering,Chinese Art Education andContemporary Literary Criticism.He has published over 10 books and textbooks, and won over 10 provincial and ministerial awards for academic achievements.
