Peng Lianxin, Ph.D., associate professor, master supervisor, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Coarse Cereals Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in Chengdu University. He mainly works on the nutritional evaluation and intensive processing of coarse cereals. He led or participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects, published more than 100 papers, of which more than 30 were included in SCI, obtained 12 authorized patents, and published 5 monographs. His related research results have won a first prize, a second prize, and two third prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Award at the provincial and ministerial level.
