Gao Jinkang is a professor, doctoral supervisor, doctor of Economics, Honorary Dean of Law School; Director of China Financial Law Research Center at the Key Research Base of Sichuan Philosophy and Social Science, "Expert Enjoying the Special Allowance from the State Council", "Expert of the Review Group of National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC)", "Chief Expert of Major Marxist Theoretical Research and Construction Programs of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee", "Academic and Technical Leader of Sichuan Province", "Expert with Outstanding Contribution of Sichuan Province"; He is also a member of the Law Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of China Law Society, and Vice President of Sichuan Law Society.
