With the purpose of giving full play to the role of the think tank of Chengdu University and oriented by the rule-of-law demand of enterprise development in Chengdu, Chengdu University Enterprise Legal Management Research Center is committed to serving the enterprise development in Chengdu, optimizing the enterprise governance structure, and improving the legal management level for enterprises. Through strengthening cooperation with government regulatory departments, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and financial institutions, the Center conducts theoretical and policy research in fields such as enterprise governance structure, enterprise compliance management, enterprise risk management, enterprise legal management system, enterprise investment and financing management. The Center will actively promote theoretical and practical innovation of enterprise legal management and strengthen the positive role of law in enterprise management, so as to effectively guard against legal risks of business operations and significantly improve the level of enterprise compliance management.

At present, the Center has established a reasonable research team; researchers of the Center, including Dr. Shen Dongjun, Professor Zhong Peilin, Professor Li Haifeng, Dr. Wu Junyan and Dr. Mi Chuanzhen, have carried out effective work in fields such as enterprise risk management, enterprise compliance management, enterprise investment and financing management and enterprise governance structure. The Center will further strengthen its cooperation with government regulatory departments, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and financial institutions to provide effective legal support for enterprise development in Chengdu.
